your booking, please adhere to the following:
Booking Deposit: A fixed deposit of $50 USD is required to confirm and secure your reservation.

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is to be paid at the start of the service or
as previously agreed.
We appreciate your commitment and apply the following cancellation policy to ensure
service continuity:
• More than 48 hours before service: Full deposit refund (minus any non-refundable payment gateway processing fees, if applicable).
• Between 24 and 48 hours before service: will incur a charge equal to the $50 deposit.
• Less than 24 hours before service (or no-show): Deposit is non-refundable.
For the safety and comfort of your children, the following criteria apply:
• Children under 6 years: Free of charge (when sharing a seat with parents).
• Children aged 6 to 12 years: 50% discount on the individual service price.
• Children over 12 years: Charged as adults.
